Ashleigh House consists of the following luxurious facilities.

Main House

• Lounge/Cinema room with SKY TV, Plasma screen, 4 Leather Recliner sofa's, gas living flame fire.
• Snooker Room with Full Size Snooker Table.
• Dining Room with seating for 20.
• Games Room with seating, piano, television and DVD player.
• Drawing Room (Leather sofa's, television & DVD player).
• Study with desk & chair.
• Fully Fitted Kitchen with large cooker, breakfast table, microwave, 2 X large fridges. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything required.
• Utility rooms with dishwasher, sink, extra cupboard space, washer, dryer, 2 x Freezers.
• Washroom.

First Floor

• 1 X 4 Poster King Size Suite (shower & wc).
• 2 X King Size Suites (shower & wc).
• 1 X Twin Suite (bath, shower & wc).
• 1 X Twin Suite (Shower & wc).
• 1 X Family Suites (double & single bed)(shower & wc).

Second Floor

• 1 X Double room with lounge area.
• 2 X Double rooms (no TV's).
• 1 X Twin room with lounge area.
• 2 X Shower rooms with w/c's.

Ashleigh Cottages

• 3 X King Size/Twins (zip & link) all with shower rooms & w/c.
• 1 X Double with shower room & w/c.
• 1 X King Size with lounge area, shower room and w/c.

The above will sleep anything from 13 to 31 people. Additional fold up beds can be made available if required but are only suitable for children.

All bedrooms have a television, digital TV and a DVD player.

All bed linen and towels are provided.

Travel cots and high chairs available by request.

Outside Gardens

• Extensive front and rear gardens.
• Patio with garden furniture.
• Luxury Hot Tub.
• Parking for multiple vehicles.

Everything you require is provided. You just need to turn up, enjoy yourself and most importantly, relax.
